Get up and running in just a few minutes. Digital Specialist is available as an Android app and a web app.

  1. Download the Android app from Google Play or open the web app at app.ds-app.biz.
  2. Register with your phone number — you'll receive an SMS code to verify.

Your Company

A company is created automatically when you register — you can start working right away. The only manual alternative is to join an existing company via an invitation from a teammate or manager.

Your First Project & Task

Once your company is set up, create your first project and task to start managing work.

  1. Create your first project — tap + on the Projects screen.
  2. Add your first task — tap + on the Kanban board or long-tap on the map.
💡 Quick start: Long-tap anywhere on the map to instantly create a task at that location — no need to type an address.

Contacts

See your company teammates and reach them quickly. Set up your preferred messenger (Telegram, WhatsApp, or Viber) in Settings so teammates can contact you directly from the Contacts screen.

Map

Geo Areas

Create polygon geo-zones on the map to define work areas, job sites, or restricted zones. Track who enters and exits these areas.

3D BIM Viewer

Upload 3D building models (IFC files) to your geo areas and view them directly in the app. Create tasks pinned to exact 3D locations in the model.

â„šī¸ Gold plan required: BIM visualization is available on the Gold subscription tier.

Uploading a BIM Model

  1. Open a geo area detail screen.
  2. Tap Upload BIM Model (visible to Managers and Admins only).
  3. Select an .ifc file (up to 200 MB).
  4. Wait for the conversion to complete — you'll get a push notification when ready.

Viewing the 3D Model

  1. Tap View BIM Model on the geo area detail screen.
  2. The 3D viewer opens full-screen with the building model.
  3. Pinch to zoom, drag to orbit, two-finger drag to pan.

AR Navigation

Tap the AR camera icon on a task or teammate to see their location in augmented reality. Follow the AR arrow to navigate to the destination.

AI Agents

Add AI agents, drones, or robots to your company. They appear on the map with a bot badge and can be assigned to projects just like people.

Creating an Agent

Only Admins can create agents. Go to Settings → Team → Add Team Member → Create Agent.

After creation you receive credentials: Client ID, Client Secret, and Token Endpoint. Save them immediately — the secret is shown only once.

MCP Connection
