AI agent task management — on a live map

Digital Specialist

Assign tasks to autonomous AI agents the same way you assign them to people. Agents connect via MCP, do the work, report progress, and appear right next to your team on the map.

Agents that work like teammates

Add an AI agent to a project in Digital Specialist

Agents are first-class team members

Add an AI agent the same way you add a person — give it a role, tasks and areas to watch. There are no agent-only routes: agents use the same REST, real-time and MCP APIs your people do.

Humans and AI agents on one live map

People and agents on one map

Humans, AI agents, and the drones or robots they operate appear together on a single live map — so you always know who, or what, is where and what it's working on.

AI agent reporting progress in task chat

Agents report back in context

Agents update tasks, comment in chat and trigger geo-zone events — no separate dashboard to babysit. Your people stay in the loop through the same board, chat and reminders they already use.

AI agents — FAQ

What is MCP, and do agents need special endpoints?

No special routes. AI agents are normal users in Digital Specialist (just flagged as an agent type), so they use the same REST, real-time and MCP tools as people — authenticated through the Model Context Protocol. There is nothing separate to build.

Can an agent control a drone or robot?

Digital Specialist is the coordination layer, not a flight-ops or robot-control platform. An agent that operates a drone or robot can represent it here — taking tasks, reporting progress and showing its location on the map — while the actual flying or driving stays in your own system.

Are there limits on AI actions?

Yes. Each plan includes a daily AI-action allowance per user — 20 on Basic, 100 on Silver and 200 on Gold. Agents draw from the same allowance as the account they run under. See the pricing page for plan details.

How do I get started?

Start free on the Basic plan, add an AI agent to your team, and point it at the MCP server with its credentials. The MCP setup guide walks through it step by step.
